Our general “Promotional Terms” apply to all offers unless described and they are:

  • Payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.


We take-up payment online by Visa, MasterCard & Paypal. Your payment is processed via a fully approved Payment Service which makes sure that all your information remains totally confidential.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not approve successfully, your order will not be successfully cleared. Please check that you receive not only a verification of your order but also a confirmation. If you haven’t received one of these, your order may not be processed successfully from our end.

SB food supply does not store nor process any of your Credit Card information.

We realize some people do not like to pay for goods over the internet. If you would like to pay for your order via telephone please contact our online team directly via telephone 0416 173 545 or email sbfoodsupply@gmail.com so that our team may be able to support your request.


SB food supply reserve all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.


SB food supply retains the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the information prior to the order being dispatched.

Quality Concerns

We take great dignity in the quality and condition of our honey and honey products and it should reach you in the best condition. When you collect your order if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on 0416 173 545 or email sbfoodsupply@gmail.com and we will attempt to address any concerns as soon as possible.


We offer fixed and variable rate shipping of $    on each order delivered to a single Australian mailing address. Orders over $     will receive free delivery to a single Australian address.

Only delivery to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses are entertained (international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to various addresses.

We use different courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer than expected.

During busy periods, such as Free Shipping Events, Christmas, and public holidays, delays in delivery can happen due to the capacity of our transport providers and business holiday closures between Christmas and New Year.

Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided to us. In the occurrence of extreme weather conditions or other natural disasters out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we are not responsible for any delivery delays.

We ship and track all orders via Couriers services and a signature is required at the time of delivery. If no-one is available at home at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining the other options to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office if it is being shipped via other courier services or to organise to have it redelivered it arriving via courier.

When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a reliable place without the need for a signature you can describe this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave” notification and SB food supply cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to this delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email or a message that your order is packed and ready to be collected by the courier. Once your package leaves SB food supply you will receive an email or text with your tracking number from Shipment. They are a third party company that organise your parcel to be delivered at your address. There will be updates along the way. If you would like to track your delivery go to the courier’s and place your tracking number into the relevant field. What is the SB food supply return policy?

SB food supply is dedicated to providing quality products to all our customers.

In the circumstances that your product is damaged, or does not match its description or does not perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement provided once proof of purchase is confirmed and your product is returned to SB food supply.

There is no refund or exchange provided where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order.

There is no refund or exchange provided on sale items.

Please choose the products carefully and double-check your order before you proceed to checkout.

Why can’t we exchange products if you make an error while ordering or change your mind?

As a food business, we are unable to accept your returned stock as we can not be sure if it has been tampered with or opened, meaning we are not able to resell this stock again.

We only accept replacement for damaged or faulty stock once the original stock is returned to us. Once we receive the product we then complete a thorough evaluation of the returned goods to ascertain if they qualify for replacement or not.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you have purchased product from SB food supply online, and your product is faulty, damaged or does not match its description or perform its function you can return or exchange it by contacting our customer service team on 0416 173 545 or email sbfoodsupply@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss your options. Please make sure that you have your order number.
